The Inpatient Behavioural Addictions (VSS) department provides specialist care for people with behavioural addictions, such as gambling addiction, internet addiction, compulsive sexual behaviour and compulsive buying (shopping addiction), whose needs cannot be adequately met through outpatient treatment.

The department offers an intensive, specialist inpatient treatment programme for people with behavioural addictions, including the assessment and treatment of co-occurring mental health conditions such as depression and personality disorders, as well as the concurrent use of alcohol, cannabis and other substances.

Our treatment is primarily based on behavioural therapy and addiction-focused therapeutic approaches. The programme includes comprehensive assessment, individual and couples therapy, therapist-led group sessions, and support from our social work team.
