Outpatient cognitive behavioural therapy (VTA)

The Behavioural Therapy Outpatient Clinic (VTA) is aimed at people with anxiety and phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, behavioural disorders, and personality disorders.

The aims of cognitive behavioural therapy are to help manage and reduce psychological symptoms, address specific life problems, and prevent relapse. In addition to traditional behavioural therapy approaches, modern mindfulness-based and values-oriented therapeutic strategies are also incorporated. This therapy is an evidence-based treatment that has been shown to be highly effective across a broad range of mental health disorders.
