Psychosis Outpatient Clinic

The Psychosis Outpatient Clinic diagnoses and treats adults aged 18–65 with psychotic disorders. Services range from support for patients experiencing single or multiple episodes to long-term stabilisation care. We offer individual and group therapy, with a focus on recovery-oriented living, tailored pharmacological treatment, family support, collaboration with external institutions and crisis intervention.

Group Therapy Offers

  • Social Skills Training, Monday, 14:00–15:00
    Helps participants reflect on their thoughts, feelings, actions and behaviour in social interactions. The group is led by a nurse and a medical professional.
  • “Hearing Voices”, Tuesday, 15:00–16:00
    Provides support for those who hear voices, offering peer exchange and guidance from psychiatric professionals.
  • Happy Neuron, Tuesday, 16:00–17:00
    Computer-based programme designed to improve cognitive skills.
  • Coffee Bar & Lunch, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, 09:00–11:00
    Informal meeting space for socialising outside therapy. Participation is flexible.
  • Recovery Group, Thursday, 15:30–16:45
    Recovery-focused discussion group led by a peer and a psychiatric professional. Encourages reflection on thinking, feeling and behaviour as well as promoting group interaction.
