The walk-in outpatient clinic at the Psychiatric Health Centre at Kornhausgasse 7 is one of two contact points at the UPK Basel, where you can receive support during the open consultation hours. You can schedule an appointment with us by telephone or online.

Alternatively, you may attend without an appointment during our opening hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for an initial assessment during our open consultation sessions.

On arrival, you will be welcomed by a multidisciplinary team in a friendly and supportive environment. Following the initial assessment, appropriate next steps will be arranged to support you on your journey towards a fulfilling life. We provide professional care for individuals in acute need of treatment. In addition to outpatient assessments and treatments, we work closely with our inpatient departments.

Please note that waiting times may be two hours or longer, depending on patient numbers. You are welcome to contact our reception in advance to enquire whether extended waiting times are expected.
