The acute outpatient clinic at the Center for Psychiatric Health at Kornhausgasse 7 is one of two contact points at the UPK Basel, where you can receive support during the open consultation hours. You can schedule an appointment with us by telephone or online. Click here for online booking. 

Alternatively, you can come without an appointment during our opening hours, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., for an initial assessment during our open consultation hours.

On-site, you will be welcomed by a multidisciplinary team in a friendly and open atmosphere. Following an initial assessment, further steps will be taken to best support you on your path back to a fulfilling life. We offer professional care for individuals in acute need of treatment. In addition to outpatient assessments and treatments, we also work closely with inpatient departments.

Please be aware that wait times can be two hours or more, depending on the number of patients. You are welcome to contact our reception office in advance to ask if longer wait times are expected.
